1、爱上会如何使用您的个人数据
个人数据是指单独使用或结合其他信息使用时能够确定个人身份的信息。我们将会收集您的身份证号、姓名、联系方式(如电话号码、电子邮件地址、账户名和密码)、对食物、住宿和/或运输的偏好、国籍、出生日期、性别、出生地、护照有效期、护照号码,这些个人数据用于为您提供住宿预订、机票预订、火车票预订、注册展区、会议现场参观或在线观展/参会。此外,我们也可能收集您同事、朋友的数据,请您保证获得一定的授权,此类个人数据将由您直接提交给我们。我们可能也会通过邮件等沟通并收集您的个人数据。
1.1 为帮助您报名参加活动(简称“参会注册”),我们会使用爱上会系统收集您的姓名、国籍、电话号码、身份证件信息、单位/公司(可选),以实现活动注册和报名。为履行法律法规中关于大型群众性活动安全管理的义务,大型展会举办单位需开展实名注册及实名入场制度。因此在注册时我们还需要收集您的有效证件信息(以下任选其一:身份证号码、护照号码、港澳居民来往内地通行证号码、台湾居民来往大陆通行证号码)。
1.2 慧通只会在有合法要求的情况下共享您的个人数据,如响应监管机构、法院或政府机构的请求,或经过您的同意。为履行法律法规中关于大型群众性活动安全管理的义务,大型展会举办单位需开展实名注册及实名入场制度,我们会在您进入场馆时进行人证合一检验。
· 如果您选择使用人脸识别设备进入场馆,人脸识别设备会现场收集您的人脸识别信息,与身份证相关联的人脸识别信息进行对比。使用身份证对比的,人脸识别设备不存储人脸识别信息。请您注意,人脸识别入场并非强制,您可以选择人工核验。人脸识别设备所识别的证件仅为中华人民共和国居民身份证,如果您是持有其它证件(如:护照、港澳居民来往内地通行证、台湾居民来往大陆通行证),请人工核验。
· 如果您选择人工核验进入场馆且已在注册和报名时提前预留证件信息,我们的工作人员会使用PDA(Portable Digital Assistant,简称PDA)收集您的参会二维码,以核验您在系统已注册登记的信息。
我们可能将您的个人数据用于以下目的:
(a) 履行订单;交付、激活或验证产品或服务;用于慧通及相关公司的财务等相关用途;应您的要求进行变更;以及提供技术支持。
(b) 在您同意的情况下,与您联系;向您发送有关您可能感兴趣的产品和服务的信息;邀请您参与爱上会促销活动和市场调查;或向您发送营销信息。如果您不想接收此类信息,则可以随时退订。
(c) 向您发送重要通知,如操作系统或应用程序更新和安装的通知。
(d) 为您提供个性化用户体验和个性化内容,并激活售后服务。
(e) 开展内部审计、数据分析和研究,改善我们的产品和服务。

1. How EVENTSGO Uses Your Personal Data?
Personal data refers to information that can be used to identify an individual when used alone or when combined with other information. We will collect your ID number, name, contact information (such as phone number, email address, account name and password), food, accommodation and/or transportation preferences, nationality, date of birth, gender, place of birth, passport Validity date, passport number, these personal data are used to provide you with accommodation reservations, air ticket reservations, train ticket reservations, registration for exhibition areas, conference site visits, or online exhibition/participation. 1.1 In order to help you register for the event (referred to as "registration"), we will use the Aihuihui system to collect your name, nationality, phone number, ID information, unit/company (optional) to achieve event registration and Sign up. In order to fulfill the obligations in laws and regulations regarding the safety management of large-scale mass events, large-scale exhibition organizers need to implement a real-name registration and real-name admission system. EVENTSGO will collect your device's identification code (IMEI, ESN, MEID, and SN), device type, model, and real-time location data from the GPS, Wi-Fi, and the network ID of your service provider. The purpose of collecting location data is to provide and improve location-based services.
You can disable location-based services on your device to reject sharing of your location data.
EVENTSGO may also collect and use non-identifiable data. Non-identifiable data refers to data that cannot be used to determine personal identities, for example, statistics such as the website visit. EVENTSGO attaches importance to the security of personal data. Smartcom is a multinational company, which means that your personal data collected by EVENTSGO may be processed or accessed in countries or regions where you use products or services, or other countries or regions where Smartcom or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers are located.
