Version Change

  • Application scenarios:

    1. Version change is mainly applicable to the inconsistency between the delivery and quotation. Service engineers need to adjust the version.

    2. To meet service delivery requirements, the sub-domain product name needs to be changed (the version number does not need to be changed). You can also change the sub-domain product name by yourself.

  • Business rules:

    1. Only commercial permanent licenses can be adjusted.

    2. The product with annual fee items can be changed. The version change does not affect the annual fee duration of NEs and services.

  • Procedure:

    Step 1: Select I have read and click Next.

    Step 2: Select the input mode, select the equipment (node) to be changed, and select the target product name and version. Click Confirm and Generate License.

    Note: There are three input modes. You can obtain the basic information about the equipment (node) in the three modes. In the Equipment (Node) mode, enter the equipment (node) information. Upload the license file and parse the device (node) information in the file. Batch operation: Enter equipment(node) information, target product name, and target product version in the template, and upload the template.

    Step 3: Click Download to download the license file.
