Export Entitlement
Applicable scenarios: Export the Spart information to an Excel file. Frontline personnel can manage and trace the orders of each contract number in the Excel file. For example, the number of NEs to be added and the number of required licenses are required. Based on the Excel file, frontline personnel can trace the remaining capacity of each contract by simply processing the Excel file, number of NEs that can be used; This feature facilitates frontline personnel to manage disordered license information.
Business rules:
Entitlements that have been pushed to pool need to be exported on the Entitlement Pool Management page.
A maximum of 500,000 entitlements can be exported at a time.
Procedure:
Step 1： Search for entitlements based on the contract number or other search criteria. Select the entitlements, and click Export Selected Entitlement or Export All Entitlements.
