Change Customer
  • Applicable scenarios: A user can transfer one or more entitlements from one organization to another.

  • Business rules:

    1. Customer and end users can be modified.

    2. Only the entitlements that are not activated can be renamed.

    3. If the source customer and target customer are in the same customer group, the Entitlement can be transferred through self-service. Otherwise, you need to submit an e-flow for approval by the LDC.

  • Procedure:

    Step 1: Select the entitlements, and click Change Customer> Customer of Selected Entitlements.

    Step 2: Enter the target customer information and click Finish.
